This morning concluded with our first cooking demonstration on board ship. Let me tell you that cooking in a pendulum where you have to procure ingredients from the bowels of the beast is not as easy as they let on. With that said, we had a tremendous time working out the finer points of the three recipes, truly working together as an improvisational act.
The menu was Lobster in Three Services:
fried dumplings, celery leaves, shiitake mushroom
Lobster Sausage and Peppers
green and black olives, basil, fresh mozzarella
