Classes are great because we are exposed to the viewpoints of others in an open forum. While we brought
the Turducken terrine to the class, the class gave us the shoulder chop. Take one pork shoulder, bone it out, clean it up, and put it back together again. Simple, beautiful, and ready to roast.
