We used our What IiF flour to make these hand rolled noodles. We used the Miso noodle recipe from our book and omitted the miso for the obvious reason, it's not gluten free. Once the dough was made and rolled into sheets we cut it into squares with 5 wheeled cutter. Then we used a garganelli dowel and board to roll the noodles. Once they were made the all we had to do was boil water.
