The results are interesting in appearance. The ability to add flavors and ideas to the rice are exciting. The red rice is cooked and cooled. Then we vacuum seal it in bags. We use a large rolling pin to smash the rice and roll it into a thin sheet. We are just beginning. From paella to dirty to fried.
