Because why not? It's surprisingly (or perhaps not) delicious.
We used the no-knead pizza dough from our book, a baking steel gifted to us (Thank You!) in our electric oven, canned Marzano tomatoes, provolone, fresh mozzarella, garlic oil and thick cut Boar's Head beef bologna. Fresh parmigiano grated over top at the end.
