It is only fitting we developed this in a workshop on the anniversary of starting this blog. We infused hot milk with bubble gum. Wrap the gum in cheesecloth to make clean up a easier. With the milk in hand we made ice cream. When the ice cream was mostly frozen we put it into a pastry bag and extruded tubes. Then we put the ice cream back in the Irinox to quickly firm up. We cut the frozen ice cream tubes into pieces and wrapped them in the aromatic bubble gum wrappers. Swallowing your gum has never been so much fun.
