Dinner and a Workshop in San Francisco

Alexander’s Steakhouse and Ideas in Food
are collaborating in February for a workshop and a very special meal.
The beef-centric dinner, prepared
by H. Alexander Talbot and Marc Zimmerman is on
Friday February 22, 2013 at 7:00 pm. Seats are limited and priced at $230 per person.
The 6-hour workshop will be held in the Alexander’s Steakhouse kitchen on Saturday, February 23, 2013 from10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
In this class we will be exploring unusual and overlooked cuts of beef and the different
techniques used to make them delicious. The price for the class is $250 per person.
