We have drizzled it on fruit. We have discussed using it to make ice cream. And we blended it with buttermilk. The tang and richness of the buttermilk is complimented by the sweet floral notes of the essence. Initially I was thinking a savory sauce for fish. Aki tasted the mix and voted for a panna cotta.
