In keeping with our New Years Resolution we got our hands on bunch of Potters Moon Oysters. I was happily the s(h)ucker. We were first introduced to these oysters years ago during a lunch with Ben and Heidi Sukle and Grandma Kitty at the Matunuck Oyster Bar in Rhode Island. These oysters are salty, briny and refreshing. Even as the snow and ice surrounded us we were enjoying the serenity of great memories and oyster indulgence.
