We brought back the chocolate new fashioned doughnut with a few tweaks: increased and blended sugars, an extra egg and some more buttermilk. The cuttings are our debris. Debris has a cult following at the shop. Perhaps its the irregular shapes. Perhaps its the crispier appearance. Perhaps its the similarities to beignets and funnel cakes.
