Every once in a while we need to reset our senses. Shut the brain down, and let it just empy and rest. Sometimes it is a Dr. Seuss book or a Whopper with cheese, yet if we are unable to reset our mind and the senses tied to it new thoughts, assimilations, connections and contrasts will be difficult to find, unearth or discover.
It does not have to be hard or difficult, it just has to be done.
