Smoked Sesame

Sesame seeds saw the darkened walls of our smoker today.  From there, to the top of a steamed seems inevitable, the filling or sandwich still undecided.  Also to crust banana with maple vinegar, rhubarb-horseradish-ajawaan condiment and broiled crustaceans or pork belly.  A smoked tahini will be brushed on sweet and sour eggplant to serve with trout and lovage with pickled lambs tongue vinaigrette.
