We had the good fortune of being contacted about coconut vinegar this morning. No, we have not used coconut vinegar, though it has been bounced about in thought and conversation. Yet this morning we received an email with questions about the product. Such inquiries usually rekindle thoughts. Aki did some quick digital research and located the vinegar. We now have some arriving next week.
The coconut vinegar sounds fascinating--a product of the coconut tree sap-- and I am now eagerly anticipating its arrival. We shall see what direction it takes us.
