It is as simple as it sounds. New experiences and ideas are constantly being weighed and measured. Our constant processing of thoughts, to our researching ingredients and techniques we are constantly making comparisons. Today is looked at through the eyes of yesterday, because that is what we know. In fact, because of what we know we may also challenge existing thoughts. Sure, everything has already been done; a given in the world filled with knowledge hounds and creative individuals. Yet, we still are challenged by what has not been done, combined, examined or expressed. We need to relive experiences and tastes of yesterday to make them more explosive than when we were first exposed to them.
In order to move forward with food we must look at ours and others yesterday's to make today better and get closer to a more explosive tomorrow.
