Adding Flavor to Water

Once we were able to saute water, I needed to find out what other potential possibilities existed.  I literally just began to scratch the surface by combining prickly pear puree and rice vinegar to make a savory hot melting bite.  What is next? I am not sure, but I happy with this mornings exploits  as well as  challenged for I  realize the painting is huge and I am looking at  the first brush stroke.
