It began by saying yes. Then we had tension. There is a tension good or bad between individuals working together. Yet, it is the result of the tension which creates the moment of innovation. Just think of a rubber band. What is essential is being able to harness that tension and use it to fuel activities.
What appears to be the compilation of a series of spontneous acts, is actually a calculated approach to food and dining. We begin by asking how not if. The entire world is at our fingertips for ideas and inspiration. Our means of fining these influences is expressed through our interactions as well as the creations they inspire. Impossible conquests are achieved by looking at the project from a varried perspective. Because no thought or idea is a bad one, just unrealized, we are able to achieve discoveries through our rehearsals.
