This dish is based on a decadent chocolate terrine which weaves chocolate and butter together into a luxurious creamy decadent dessert. We paired this terrine with some of our olive components: sandy, caramel, crisp, and crumbs. What I find interesting is that we could have reversed the dish and made a decadent olive terrine with an array of chocolate garnishes. That would be interesting and we will look into that in the near future. For now we must enjoy what we have.
