We have a stack of dishes to work on and fine tune along with incoming guests and the usual day to day operations of The Guest House and what draws my attention, two ideas which are in just the first stages of development. The first is a cube with different flavor
components assembled like a block puzzle. The other is shrimp orecchiette. Both of these concepts make my mind race and yet I have become caught at the starting gate. Aki notes that if there is something I must do, I will put it off until there are no other options. She may be right with this one.
