So we started packing today. That said, time got away from us. Here is a visual of a tasty cheese course we were able to photograph this past week. It is Double Gloucester with lemon marinated chanterelle mushrooms, young marjoram, a huckleberry ribbon and powdered yuzu. By the way, our book box count just hit 45, we have gone through 5 rolls of tape and are not even close. We need to curb our book buying habbit.
