Today we are not trying new things, rather we are asking questions. "What if" becomes quite a useful exercise when looking at, and working with food. It often helps in life as well. What if we listened more? What if we thought before we spoke? What if we decided to change directions mid-stream? What if we were able to see something from a different angle? What if we substituted different ingredients in proven recipes? What if it worked? What if it didn't? What have we learned? What lessons are irrelevant? What have we ignored? What if we looked at ingredients, recipes, and situations as raw sketches to which we can add color? What if we consciously begin to approach each day as a chance to improve? What if we made it a point to try one new thing, in any aspect of our lives, every day? What would happen then?
