Coffee Oil

Fanny from Le Sanctuaire said we had to try this. I am glad we listened.  The coffee oil is clear, well more yellow than clear with the taste of how coffee smells.  It is a blend of great olive oil and the essence of coffee.  The clarity and intensity of the oil has sparked many ideas from simply drizzled on raw hamachi to the base for a broken vinaigrette to serve with game.  Really, with a new ingredient on hand we are only scratching the surface.
