In our continued explorations with Activa and dairy we ventured into the world of yogurt. I was hoping to make almost pure yogurt spheres. It turns out that Activa works quite well in bonding yogurt into a perfect orb. And since we had the honey flavored yogurt spheres on hand, I tried heating them. The spheres held beautifully and the yogurt in its warm state was silky and decadent. Now we need to find a use for this new addition to our repertoire.
