One of our favorite sandwiches is tuna salad on toasted everything bagels. Everything is a unique blend of seeds and seasonings which when combined with the toasted flavor of flour in a bagel creates a taste greater than the sum of its parts. However, sometimes we are not always in the mood for tuna fish and bagel. What we crave is the combination of toasted seeds, seasonings and bagel. Imagine if we could make that into a dipping sauce or a spread. As we developed an everything cure for salmon, we realized that the flavoring blend could be pureed into a number of forms we had not previously thought of. The first was everything cream cheese. The second was everything mayonnaise which is amazing with French fries and raw oysters. The mayonnaise also works well in the tuna fish salad. With a jar of everything in the refrigerator ideas continue to be fed. Next up is everything hollandaise followed by everything soup. It is great to know that everything can be anything.
