We smelled this incredible essential oil in Mandy's studio. She has an amazing collection of essential oils for chefs and we were unable to visit without purchasing this and several others to work with in our kitchen. It is incredibly floral and screams honey with the slightly musky undertones of an herb garden in full flower. It still sits in its bottle as we discuss where and how we will use it. It will be a beautiful complement to many of springs first green offferings. For now it waits, a bottle of opportunity about to burst into full bloom.
