Happiness and creativity are decisions we make. They are not always easy to pursue but it is always our choice whether or not to follow their path. In many cases the pair go hand in hand. When we create something it makes us happy and when we are happy we often find it easier to be creative. A recent example of this would be the What IiF gluten free flour. Its creation made us very happy and we publishd the recipe, which led to many conversations and new ideas for using the flour and variations on the theme, which made us even more happy. We're almost sorry to be in Hawaii because we don't have the ingredients to dive right in ourselves. On the other hand, while we are discussing and extrapolating, other people are testing out the theories in their own kitchens and sharing the results, which is almost better because now we have a group of inspirations feeding each other and growing new ideas. What could possibly be better than that?
