It is important to look at what is not supposed to be seen. How often do we create with one point of view? What if we or even more importantly the end user looked at the dish from the ugliest side, the side no one is supposed to see. How does that view effect the reception and perception of what is created? What you discover might be monumental enought to change how you work from the begining.
