Pop-rocking that is. A conversation via Twitter this morning among Alex, Francisco Migoya and I led to these ice cream cones, dipped in chocolate and sprinkled with Cherry Pop Rocks for immediate consumption and dipped in chocolate with the Pop Rocks folded into it for later. The chocolate coating keeps the Pop Rocks from absorbing moisture from the air (and the ice cream) and losing their "pop." A little bit of Saturday morning fun for everyone.
