...Wayne Harley Brachmann? He wrote one of my favorite dessert books ever, Retro Desserts. If you ever come across it in a used book store snap it up. Tonight we're enjoying chocolate silk pie with Butterfingers folded into the filling and freshly whipped cream alongside. Amaya helped make it and it is delicious. I've yet to try a recipe that didn't work and that's about the best thing you can ask for from any cookbook, sweet or savory.
