We are on a whole wheat kick again. Pasta is the current flavor vehicle. We used the machine to run a variety of shapes. The macaroni extruded more like Kraft's than the elbow we expected. The campanelle were beautiful. They resembled tete de moine and chanterelle mushrooms. The canestri shape and ridging are bold. With the platform in place now we need to work on the sauces.
