We wish you all a happy a New Year's Eve. Our favorite sparkling cocktail, reminiscent of all those scenes in the movie Moonstruck, consists of a sugar cube moistened with a few drops of Fee Brothers rhubarb bitters in a champagne glass, the prettiest one you own, and filled with sparkling wine. It's budget friendly (even for a crowd), festive and always delicious. As you sip and savor both the wine and the company remember that great new beginnings hinge on remembering what came before.
