We took the tastiest beets ever for another spin. These we pounded thin, vacuum sealed and froze. Once they were frozen we cut them out into large rounds. Then we let them temper on a plate. We dressed them with Dr. Pepper syrup, burnt beet greens, olive oil and salt.
