It started with a white, chocolate, rabbit. It would be fun to change things up this Easter. We caramelized a few bunnies. With the rabbits a success I scavenged Amaya's basket. White chocolate M&M's caught my eye. I put them into a vacuum bag. I pressure cooked them for 30 minutes and then chilled them. Their color faded. The shells fragmented. Their flavor exploded. Caramelized white chocolate M&M's are the future. We expect Mars to get in touch with us shortly.
