Yesterday we unveiled our pretzel crusted fried chicken sandwich at our Curiosity Doughnuts road show. We served our pretzel crusted thigh on a butter griddled Martin's potato roll with smoked thousand island slaw and dressing and our cherry pepper caramel sauce. I have not eaten a tastier chicken sandwich. Now we need to figure out how we can logistically bring these sandwiches back home to the shop.
