Wish we had thought of the Nduja grilled cheese years ago. Thankfully we made it today. We started with HIgh Street on Market potato bread. We added comte and cheddar. We slathered Nduja Americana in the middle. We pressed the sandwich dry on our waffle iron/griddler hybrid. The result, a sublime oozy, crispy, spicy, nutty, meaty sandwich.
