We went to Moo Burger last Monday. I was in seriousneed of a crush-able burger. I ordered the bacon burger with the egg option and special sauce. I took the first bite and realized the burger stars had aligned. It was exactly what I wanted. The burger, egg, cheese, bacon, bun and sauce were in perfect harmony. And my generous but not oversized first bite allowed me to experience and witness the perfect burger bite. The rest of the burger was equally delicious. But the timing and arrangement that first perfect bite is hard to let go of. It's that fleeting moment of perfection that we chase constantly in the kitchen. It never lasts for more than one bite, but that bite is work working for.
