It was not beautiful, it was savory and tasty and fun to eat alone in my kitchen. There were lots of flavors and textures happening in each bite, You'll have to take my word for the fact that the yolk was beautifully runny because once I start eating the camera is down. It was the final flourish, coating the noodles and adding it's rich goodness to the overall party for one.
