We've taken to making an extra pizza on pizza night to use the next day. It comes in hand for breakfast or lunch because it is easily reheated and always delicious. This morning we decided that we needed to have breakfast pizza. All we had to do was crack some eggs on top of the cooked pizza, season them with salt and bake it in a 350°F oven for 15 minutes. It was quick, easy, and perfect for a sluggish Monday morning.
