We freeze our buttermilk frozen custard in silicon doughnut molds. When the custard is solid we remove it from the mold and roll it in a crumb topping. Today we rolled the custard in our strawberry streusel, which is a combination of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, white chocolate, freeze dried strawberries and salt. The combination of doughnuts and custard continue to inspire.
