This is so easy it's ridiculous, Make or buy some popcorn (cool it completely before coating for maximum crunch), melt some chocolate, drizzle it over the top, add a little bit of salt for the chocolate, chill for 10-15 minutes in the fridge, and eat. I like bittersweet chocolate and Amaya prefers the milk chocolate for this application. The trick is to make sure the chocolate is runny and then use a small, flat silicone spatula or spoon to drizzle the chocolate over the corn. You need way less chocolate than you would think and it permeates the popcorn so that every bite is crunchy, creamy, sweet, and salty. It's perfect for movies at home. All your indulgence in one delicious bite.
