We put 1 part roasted, salted pistachios and 2 parts white chocolate chips in the food processor. We turned it on and let it spin. The nuts pulverized and the chips began to melt. A large mass formed in the machine. I remained patient. I let the blade continue to spin. After, approximately, 10 minutes we had a luxurious puree of pistachios and white chocolate. I added a healthy sprinkle of salt to season the white chocolate portion of the mixture. The combination is sweet, nutty, smooth, and intensely flavored by pistachios. Now we get to figure out what the heck to do with this stuff--A.K.A. the fun part of the process.
