Our cluster doughnut is a canvas. We press an indentation into the center hole. We fill it with our rhubarb jam. We put a large spoonful of our cannoli filling alongside of the the jam and then top the doughnut with our freeze dried strawberry and white chocolate crumble. A simple representation of an iconic idea that took years to emerge from our kitchen.
