We added a handful of micro kale to our bowls of stew the other night. It was a great addition to the dish. The raw kale added a freshness to the braised meat and was the perfect counterpoint to all of the softly cooked vegetables within. Sometimes I hesitate at the price, and then I remember that when they are used properly, microgreens can take any dish up to the next level of flavor.
