I am unable to stop tinkering. I am also a sucker for quirky ideas. The idea of mayonnaise cakes has always caught my attention. But I have never gotten farther than intrigue. At the same time I have a new favorite mayonnaise. It is actually not mayonnaise but it is Just Mayo. Cakes are not my current canvas. Doughnuts are. Today I started interchanging parts in our recipes allowing me integrate the mayonnaise. Its structure and ingredients has me curious how it will translate and effect a sweet fried bread.
