Aki was coming in from NYC and, due to a misreading of the schedule, was arriving an hour and half later than planned, way past our normal dinner time. Fortunately we had some leftover lobster salad in the fridge so Amaya and I put together this pretty little bowl of butter lettuce and lobster salad. We met her at the bus station with dinner in hand and I got the best husband award of the day.
