A good friend of ours, Anthony Goncalves, makes an incredible piri piri sauce. His secret is Frank's Red Hot sauce. I have long been smitten with the sauce and wanted to transform it into noodles. Today I combined Frank's with a chili powder blend. I used the mixture as the liquid for hydrating the durum flour. The result was a spicy, aromatic piri piri noodle.
