Clearly this has a lot of potential.
In case you were curious, there's nothing but salt on these wings. They were incredibly crispy but slightly dry. Some tweaking will need to be done in future experiments. We're late to the party when it comes to air-frying and I can see that we will be here for a while to figure things out. I'm already wondering about roasted potatoes, not french fries, but those super crispy, butter basted, roasted potatoes that hold their crunch until morning in the fridge. I'm not exactly sure how they would translate in the air fryer. Some rapid testing is definitely in order.
