It has taken years and many iterations to get to the doughnut bread pudding doughnut. Actually it took a leap of faith in hoping the doughnut molds from JB Prince would be the right size for baking our bread pudding. They were perfect and now we can serve doughnuts in a new way. Some breading and frying may be seen in the eventual future, but for now, we are quite happy with these individual puddings just as they are.
