The pieces have come together. It took the iconic combination to allow us to create our own iconic doughnut creation. The Angel Doughnut is caramelized and lightly crisp on the outside. The interior is buttery and fluffy. The crumbs are honey and butter in sprinkle form. I'm sure we will develop a few more combinations with this doughnut base. But for today we are happily indulging in the results of tinkering.
