We produce 10 different doughnut doughs daily. Nine are pictured. The cuttings and leftovers allow us to produce nine spare parts doughnuts, eight of them are pictured. The variety allows me to harness my crazy. It allows me, on any given day, to have the doughnut I am in the mood for.
